In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, you can do so by filling and printing out the form below.

To proceed with your return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Use the link provided here to print and complete the returns form.

• If you don’t have access to a printer, please write your order reference clearly on the parcel or on a piece of paper placed inside the package.
• Please note: Without your order reference, we will be unable to process your refund.

2. Once your return has been shipped, kindly advise our Customer Experience team of the return tracking number here.

Please note: We are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of returns.

**We do not accept returns for opened or used products. To be eligible for a return, items must remain unopened and unused. Please note, returns from marketplaces or independent retailers cannot be processed by us. Please refer to their respective return policies instead.
