Orders placed through third-party platforms are not fulfilled or shipped from our warehouse. 

These retailers purchase our products and operate independently as separate sales platforms. As such, we do not process or manage their order systems or customer service processes.

Unfortunately we don't ship Amazon online orders from our warehouse, Amazon purchase our products and act as a third party seller on our behalf therefore operate solely as their own sales platform. We do not process or manage Amazon's platform.

To get in touch with Amazon, log in to your account and go to Account (not the order page) > Customer Service > Contact Us. From there, select the product you’re having trouble with. This will guide you through selecting the issue and connecting with their AI assistant, where you can request to speak to a human representative.

**If you're looking to return an item, then sadly Amazon will not accept this if you select the "Return" option, but by following the steps above you will be able to speak to a human representative regarding this.
